VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION
Participation in hypnotherapy is entirely voluntary and you can withdraw from the process at any time. Your hypnotherapist can’t make you do anything you don’t want to do.
PERSONALIZED APPROACH
Your hypnotherapist will ask lots of questions about you and what you want to work on so each session can be tailored to your individual needs, goals and preferences.
About Reiki
This is a hands on relaxation technique that balances the body, reduces stress and helps in the healing process. The idea behind Reiki is that energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness.
Reiki attempts to remove these energy block. This technique incorporates all aspects of spiritual and personal growth as well. And is wonderful when paired with aromatherapy.
